The following video is for those who are new to Triberr and for those who may not know what it is and would like to join.

Triberr is known as the reach multiplier and it is a tool that helps you connect with bloggers via tribes (groups). Triberr helps your blog posts reach a larger audience because your blog posts are shared by tribe members with their Twitter followers and if they choose other networks as well via the social buttons. When you receive an invite you are being asked to join a tribe, which is made up of a group of bloggers. Many times bloggers create tribes looking to recruit tribe members who blog about similar topics, there are also many tribes that are open to members who write about all topics.

The good thing about Triberr is that you can schedule posts to go out to Twitter at the click of a button, what I do is log in to Triberr once a day early in the day and click on “Home” on the top menu. Once at “Home”, I review the list of blog posts from tribe members. I have it set up so that after I hit the approve button for each post, Triberr sends them out to Twitter in 45 minute intervals. The minimum time you can select between posts is 20 minutes, so depending on how many posts you want to send out in one day is how you choose the time interval. You can change the time interval as you wish, for example if one day you notice there are not many blog posts by tribe members and you decide it is better to schedule them every 2 hours so that they are spread out evenly throughout the day, you can choose to change the time interval settings accordingly.

The picture below is what the page looks like when you are in the “Home” tab, the arrow is pointing to where you would change the time interval settings.

I missed talking about this in the video but this is important because it tells you how many people were reached through your tribe. Again we are doing this from the “Home” tab but we are navigating the sub tabs which are above the area where you would change the time interval settings. The sub tab where you check this is called “My Posts”, if you want to check out how many hits you have obtained for tribe members then you would click the ” Sent Stream” sub tab.

I hope this Triberr overview was helpful to you, if you have questions or would like a Triberr invite please ask in the comments below : )

This video talks about the basics of Pinterest:

What to do on Pinterest:

Pin: to place an item on a board.

Board: A holder, similar to a cork-board where you pin items.

The purpose of pinning items to a board is basically to categorize items in one place. The pinning system is very visual so it makes it easier than a list. It is also easy because it only takes a few clicks to get through the pinning process.

Frequently asked questions about Pinterest:

1. Can I pin items from my own files on my computer that are not yet housed on the internet?

Yes, go to the top menu and click “Add+”, select “Upload a Pin”.

2. If I pin something by accident in the wrong board, can I fix it and put it on a different board?
Yes, put your mouse on the item and the “Edit” button will appear, select edit and change the
board.

3. Can I delete pins?
Yes, put your mouse on the item and click the “Edit” button, select “Delete Pin”.

4. Can I activate and deactivate sharing of pins on Facebook and Twitter?
Yes, on the top menu click on your profile picture or name or drop down arrow, and select
“Settings”, on the settings page scroll down to the bottom and select “On or Off”
for Facebook and/or Twitter.

5. Can I pin things straight from Facebook?
No but yes thanks to Steven Healey who shared this trick: Click on the Facebook picture you want to pin, Right-click and choose “view image”, Then use the Pin It
bookmarklet to pin.

6. How do I add a price to a pin?
In the description box add the “$” symbol and the price in number format, that will put the price in the top corner of your pins, Thanks to Rod Arnold for that tip.

Many online businesses don’t realize the importance blogging and the internet have on the success of their business. A lot of time and effort is put into making a website which is pleasing to the eye and has popular content, however the amount of online promotion and marketing through blogs and other social networks are often overlooked. This is a big mistake for any business which wants a strong and successful online presence.

There are a number of reasons why blogging is a great marketing method. First of all, it allows you to interact with other humans and promote your business, expanding awareness for your business. This will help you understand the needs and wants of your customers better, thus helping you cater to them successfully.

Secondly, it allows you to interact with and show Google’s algorithms that you are relevant and active across other current and strong platforms. This acknowledgement will help with a better online score and may give your search engine ranking positions a very desirable boost.

Even if your competitors are not blogging, it does not justify your lack of online interaction. Blogging is such an essential part of running an online business and can help you become a market leader, as the links you leave in your blogs are indexed and show Google exactly what your business does and how it can help users who search for your specialism get there.

Your blogs do not have to be repetitive and boring by outlining what your business does every time. Blogs should be interesting and can be about any current topic of discussion which you want to elaborate on. Then you can incorporate your business’ specialty into that to show people you are not a robot or computer replicating content all over the web.

Whether you are promoting cheap bedding or want customers to buy curtains online, you can blog your way to success with clever Internet marketing techniques. So, increase your online presence today and give your online business the best possible chance to prosper.

The digital age has made it possible to accomplish tasks more quickly than ever before. Perhaps one of the best examples of this speed is the implementation of electronic signatures. E-signatures have been growing in popularity because of their inherent ability to save time and paper. If your business is considering the use of electronic signatures, here is a quick look at some of the benefits and disadvantages.

E-Signature: The Pros

Security and Authenticity – E-signatures are much more difficult to copy than traditional handwritten signatures because they are encrypted with data that captures the signer’s identity and the time of the signature. This makes it nearly impossible to forge or duplicate an e-signature. Electronic signatures are also legally binding, so in the case of a legal dispute, the document to which an e-signature is applied can be used as evidence in a court of law.

Mobility – E-signatures can be applied to a digital document from practically anywhere, especially if you sign up with an online provider. Contracts that used to take weeks to execute are now finished in minutes.

Efficiency – Electronic signature software eliminates the need for paper. You don’t have to worry about record-keeping, however, because most electronic signature providers also provide e-filing services where every document is stored in an online storage cloud. This means any document can be accessed with just a few clicks of the mouse.

E-Signatures: The Cons

Compared to the benefits, the disadvantages associated with electronic signature are minimal. However, there are two disadvantages worth noting. For one, some e-signature services can be pricey, and you will need to fork out extra cash for higher usage rates.

The second issue is that accidents can happen, and if e-signatures are not encrypted properly, or if your account is mishandled, there could be validity issues. This, however, can be prevented if you and your staff choose a reliable service provider and are familiar with how to properly implement the tool. In short, evaluate your options and decide what works best for your particular business. Make sure to choose a secure, legally valid provider that can best match your company’s needs.

Cloud Storage is on the rise now and its time for us to take advantage of them. As a blogger or webmaster, Your website files and databases might be the most valuable online stuff you have so it becomes very important to save/protect them from damage or loss. What more could worsen your life as a webmaster than a bunch of website files that were the result of countless hours of hard work? The Golden solution to all those worries are ‘Backup’ , I know the word is familiar and we both love and hate it (hate coz its boring task ) Most of us are lazy to take offsite backups and end up making an archive of the website files on the server itself, This can cost us heavily if for some reason our webhost fails or the site gets hacked and the malicious hacker erases all our files. Hence its always recommended to take offsite backups. Offsite backups can be broadly classified into:

Offline Backup – Downloading the website files from our webserver to your home PC Hard Disk.

Online Backup – Remote uploading your website files directly to remote hosts like FTP,Cloud Storages or other servers without having to download all the files to your PC.

I know the online backup and remote uploading part has tempted you the most! Thankfully that’s what we are going to discuss in here. WordPress has two basic parts that needs to backed up.

WordPress Files – To be precise, Your wp-contents folder is the main folder that needs to be backed up and it contains all the files like Theme Customized Files, Uploaded Post Images,Plugin files etc. Other folders like wp-admin need not be backed up since it can be restored from a fresh wordpress installation.

WordPress Database – This is the core of your wordpress and it contains all the settings you made on your wordpress site like the WordPress Posts,Pages,Comments, Settings, Plugin configuration (Not plugin files) etc.

Therefore these are the two things that needs to be backed up on a regular basis from a wordpress based site.

Two Free Cloud Storage for Backups.

The two cloud storage hosts that we are going to use for our Free Backup Storage are DropBox and SugarSync. Both of them have Free and Paid option for Cloud Storage. Dropbox provides 2GB of Free Cloud Storage while SugarSync provides 5GB storage. The best part is you can earn more Free Storage by doing simple tasks like Invite your friends to the website via your referral link and earn 125 or 250 MB Free Bonus Storage.

How to Backup your WordPress to Free Cloud Storage Automatically.

Step 1. To get started signup on SugarSync and Dropbox. Use your Email and a Strong password.

Step 2. Verify the Email Activation and Login to each of them and create a New Folder something like ‘Blog Name Backup‘. Optionally you can download the free softwares provided by them to manage your files from desktop.

Step 3. Login to your WordPress Dashboard and Go to Plugin Install section and search for ‘BackWPup’ plugin, Install and Activate it.

Step 4. Go to BackWPup settings in the Left Bottom corner of dashboard and Follow the given Setup Steps to link your Cloud Storage to WordPress.

Step 5. Setup SugarSync section in the BackWPup settings as follows:

Step 6. Setup Dropbox section in the BackWPup settings as follows, Click on the Authenticate button, Login to your account. Allow Access.

Step 7. In the Job Schedule section below the Save Button, Click on the Activate Scheduling, Choose the appropriate backup scheduling.

Step 8. Leave all the rest of the settings as the Default ones and Click Save Changes.

Step 9. (Optional) If your cloud storage is running low on Disk Space, You can choose the File Format as ‘Tar Gzip’ from the Backup File box below the Job Schedule. This will compress your file to a huge extent.

I want to share my story with you today because I feel that by sharing this story I will somehow help someone who reads it. I had read stories on the news about fake police stops and even received the chain email that warned women about it. That chain email actually moved me to read some safety tips, so it wasn’t a waste after all.

I was driving down I-95 in Georgia when I saw a marked police car driving next to me. I was driving at the speed limit and the kids were on board strapped in, so I wasn’t worried about the police car that seemed to be watching me. Three exits passed and the police car was still next to me, and I began to think “What in the world, is this cop trying to catch me doing something wrong to give me a ticket? I haven’t slept for hours maybe I was swerving somewhere back there and he thinks I have been drinking, but I have been keeping the car steady and in the lanes ever since I noticed him watching me, so that can’t be it either. Maybe he will get tired of following me since I am not doing anything and see all the cars in the left lane speeding and follow one of them instead”. After three more exits the police officer slowed down and drove behind me instead of next to me, but continued to follow me. It was almost the last exit in Georgia when the sirens went off and the lights started flickering, it was day time so I didn’t think safety concerns because everything that I had read on the internet was about night time stops. I pulled over on the side of the road and remember thinking “man I don’t need this right now, as if I am not tired enough driving from Pennsylvania”.

The police officer was looking at the inside of my car, I am going to say he was scanning it and gathering information. He asked me for my license and registration which I handed to him. He was reading the documents and once again scanning the inside of the car. He wasn’t saying anything just looking at the documents, so I said “officer, why did you stop me? I wasn’t speeding”. He answered “no, you were not speeding”. I said “what did I do, then?”. That is when he asked me to step out of my car, it was day time and even though a red flag went up in my head I stepped out of the car. He told me to walk over by his car and told me to stand in a spot where the police car was covering me from being seen by the passing traffic. I followed his directions like a robot, I felt like I left my body and was just watching this happen.

He started asking me questions about where I was going and something felt so wrong and I just remember thinking “I have to get out of here”. That is when I asked him “sir why did you stop me?” and he had no answer. He looked over to my car as if scanning it to make up an answer and he said “you have too many packages in your car”. I said ” I will take them out, we can drive to the next rest stop and I will put them in the garbage so that I am not littering”. He stood quiet and was looking at my license and then up at me and back to my license, then he said “you are very sexy, you know that?” as he looked me up and down licking his lips. That is when time seemed to freeze and I scanned him, first looking for his name badge and when I didn’t find that noticed the pen in his left pocket and observed the position of his gun and night stick. I remember thinking if he makes a move, go for the pen and drive it right through his neck, then go for the gun. Then I was back to reality and just said “are you going to give me a ticket or what? My parents are waiting for me at the next exit, I was just speaking to them on the phone telling them my location and I don’t want them to worry, so just give me a ticket if you are going to give me one”. He just stood there looking at me and that is when I noticed movement from the corner of my eye and turned my head to the left and he turned to look where I was looking as well, it was another police car that had pulled up. He gathered my papers nervously and handed them to me while grabbing my hand in the most eerie way, as he held down my thumb. I looked up at him but couldn’t see his eyes through his gold sunglasses, all I could see was my reflection and he said “take care of yourself out there my lovely”. I pulled my hand away and rushed to my car, and as I was doing so I heard the other police officer ask “is everything OK?” and he answered “yes, she was just asking for directions”.

Nothing happened to me, but why if this man is out there lurking and this is a hobby of his? Targeting lone women travelers, I would feel horrible if I didn’t speak up and heard something on the news. I am not writing this to scare anybody, I just want to raise awareness about staying safe on the road. I rushed home and looked up some safety tips and read about rights people have when being stopped by police.

Safety Tips When Being Pulled Over:

1. Put on your hazard lights, this will indicate to the officer that you are aware you are being stopped.
2. Drive to a well light public area, such as a gas station.
3. Call 911 and explain you are a lone traveler and are being stopped by police and wanted to make sure it was a real officer stopping you.
4. Ask the officer for ID, and say you ask because you are a lone traveler and have heard stories of fake police stops.
5. Ask the officer why you are being stopped and tell the officer that you have called 911 to verify that you are being stopped by a real police officer.
6. While you wait for the officer to come to your car window, call a family member or friend and tell them your location and that you are being stopped by the police.

I am planning on creating a printable sign that says “I will not pull over for police, unless in a public area”, I will post the link here as soon as that is done. The sign will be free and you can use it as a template if you want to create your own bumper sticker.

Stay safe, much love : )

I have been observing the playing field for quite some time, from before I was “allowed” to join Facebook. I started my business because I was tired of being treated like an incompetent fool at work because all I ever was to anyone was my job role. It was just like going back to childhood when grandma thought that children should know their role and just be quiet and not disturb the adults. I used to sit there and think “I can do so much more, I am so much more than this, if only I would get a chance”, this is when I started job hopping. Yep, I wasn’t going to give my 100% to a company that wasn’t willing to give me their 100%, that is just not a balanced exchange.

Job hopping didn’t help, it was always the same thing over and over so I decided to take matters into my own hands since I had been hearing about all these entrepreneurs at school, yeah did I forget to mention that I was in school and trying to raise 3 children while working a full time job? That is what I was doing. I started reading all about online entrepreneurs and what exactly it is that the term entrepreneur meant, I must admit I was baffled by the definition because it covers a wide range of fields and one entrepreneur is extremely different from the other.

And I was unhappy it wasn't a 4.0, I had other things going on.... Not bad Ms. Campos

The definition of Entrepreneur according to dictionary.com is a person who organizes and manages any enterprise, especially a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk.

How did I do that and online? The first thing that came to my mind was “I need a website, I have no money to pay anyone to do it for me, crap I better learn how to make one then”, at this time I had no idea what a blog was. All I know is that I wanted to be like the guy who created Craigslist. I once again turned to reading and came to something called Joomla. I stood up night after night learning how to Joomla lol, at first I was very confused and would get some rude replies from the developers, but I forgive them because they didn’t know what I was going through they just assumed I was just another lazy individual trying to get an easy answer. From the developers and their behavior I learned how to better treat customers, so thank you for that. For those who don’t know what a developer is, a developer is a person who develops the lovely applications (programs) that make websites do different tasks. There are different types of developers and they are great people once you get to know them.

I think it took about 6 months to get my site vision together, it was a messy vision because I didn’t really know exactly what my niche was. I didn’t even know what a niche was, I think this is when I first read a post by Onibalusi Bamidele of http://www.youngprepro.com and learned about blogging. He is the most professional young man you will ever meet, far more professional than people who look the part ; )

Like you, my first thought was “what in the world is a blogger?”, I just want to say that bloggers deserve respect and they might not be getting it because no one understands what in the world a blogger is, who invented that term anyway? <- Don’t answer that smarty I know, maybe Information Research Specialist and Broadcaster would be better terms instead of blogger. The bloggers are out there exploring the world and reporting the successes and fails back to you, and do you appreciate any of this? I don’t know, do you? When you need to know information about the new phone you want to buy, where do you turn, most likely the internet and right to a search engine. What do you find? Results from a blogger who went out there and did the research and reported it back to you, so yes I think a little appreciation is in order.

As I continued on my Internet Journey and learned from the bloggers and people in SEO (sorry guys, forgotten once again because we all know nobody cares about SEO, wink wink), I learned that there is a demand for SEO and the lovely thing we call guest blogging. This is when I took my Craigslist copycat site and reinvented it, into a place for guest blogging. I wanted to make it easy for people to guest blog, after all I was being rejected left and right because I wasn’t well known and we all know the story about when Gig Logo was PR0.

I think this is when I was finally “allowed” to join Facebook, yes my husband was one of those people that insisted Facebook was a dating site, I still don’t get it : / OK maybe I do, we are in the middle of a divorce after all. The social media folk, they are very friendly. Again an under appreciated bunch, accused of having nothing better to do than be on Facebook by the regular folk who have no idea. Gosh darn it, just because you are on Facebook investigating everyone else’s life doesn’t mean the other people in the social media platform are doing the same thing. You should thank social media folk who share cool trends with you so that you can go impress your friends. They get all the cool stuff first, and share all that good blogging information you are too lazy to go search for yourself because you want everything on Facebook, don’t worry the only reason I know is that sometimes I am too lazy to leave Facebook as well.

I am on Facebook and Twitter, now what? I need some friends and followers and all that good stuff…. So what happens, I meet the friendliest bunch in town the MLM folk. They are ready to be your friend, man they are your best friend in one day. One day the relationship gets tainted because you realize they were just trying to make you join up, but you cry your eyes out for one day and say to yourself “come on seriously you should know better, didn’t grandma teach you everyone is a no good, lying sack of potatoes who is up to no good?” and you reply with “yeah but the world is supposed to be filled with rainbows and unicorns”. That is when you realize grandma is way crazy and that the fact she would say such a thing is just funny enough to cheer you up. The MLM folk are not that bad, they are just trying to feed their families like you and I, but somewhere a long the lines some person invented a system and it hasn’t been upgraded. Here is the solution, people are unemployed they want to be entrepreneurs just waive the upfront fee for joining and you don’t have to go around pretending you are not an MLM anymore, this doesn’t mean the website monthly maintenance fee should be waived because that is a respectable charge. I love you guys, some of you are my close friends and I have let go of the pain that the one MLM person who made me cry caused, which was my fault for having dumb expectations. I accept full responsibility for that one.

Life coaches are OK too, sometimes all their positivity is annoying because we are the ones being negative but they are the ones whose blogs and Facebook pages we visit when we need to get out of our negativity. Remember it’s us, not them.

So that leads to today, and all I have to say is I have stuff cooking and I wouldn’t have accomplished any of this without meeting you fine people out there. I appreciate you very much and if you are offended by any of the things I have said don’t be, that’s fuel for you to be better, you guys are the fuel that drives me to be better. I am ready for an upgrade so please school me. I don’t spell well while ranting, so if you see any grammatical errors in this post point them out and I will fix them when I feel like it : p

Wilson disease is diagnosed when the body does not properly get rid of excess copper through the liver. The disease is inherited or genetic within families. When the liver does not get rid of the copper, eventually the body will push the excess copper into the bloodstream. If left untreated, liver disease can occur, as well as kidney and brain damage. Let us review more information about this disease.

Symptoms

Symptoms of Wilson disease generally appear anywhere between six years and twenty years old. If you are older, the symptoms can still occur at a later age. They will usually occur before you turn 40 years old. Regular eye exams are needed to detect changes which occur within the disease. If you have Wilson disease, a rusty circle will be seen within your eye when you are examined by your eye doctor.

Other bodily symptoms may include enlargement as well as swelling in the liver and spleen. Your physician may also detect abdominal fluid, changes in your blood and urine, as well as softening of the bones. Blood tests may reveal that you have low iron, low platelets and low white blood cells. Your urine tests may also show elevations of amino acids, carbohydrates, proteins, and uric acid.

Causes

Wilson disease is inherited during conception. Genes are carried down to the next generation. If you have Wilson disease, when you were born you already carried the disease. If you have a family member with a confirmed diagnosis of the disease, DNA testing can be done on other family members to see if they have the disease. Your family members who test positive for the disease can receive treatment much sooner. Early treatment of the disease can prolong a healthy life for your family members.

Treatment

If you have Wilson disease, early treatment will mean that you can live a normal life. You will need to follow a diet that is low in copper. Medications will be a part of your daily life to help rid your body of excess copper. You must seek treatment as soon as possible to prevent further damage to the body.

Risk Factors

Wilson disease is seen in men and women equally. If the mother and father carry the gene that causes the disease and both pass it to their child, he or she will be born with the disease. Two abnormal genes must be passed on to the child from both parents.

Are you still single after 40 despite your valiant efforts on how to find love? Are you wondering “How can I find true love when all I have found in the past are less than sincere?” Older men need not feel they have missed the dating boat simply because they have not gotten up in years. How to find the girl for you is sometimes a matter of knowing what women exactly look for in men, regardless of age. These top 3 reasons why girls find older men attractive should make you rethink that age has nothing to do with finding a soulmate:

§ Older men are more self-assured. How to find love starts with being comfortable in your own skin. This kind of self-confidence is a product of time and experience, and older men are in a better position to build self-esteem from accumulated lessons learned from a wealth of experience. Reflect this self-confidence in the way you dress, speak and act, and it will be easier to find the girl for you: Girls will actively seek you out! You may also have achieved a level of financial independence, but don’t let the material trappings of your success do the work. Women who ask themselves “how can I find a man” intuitively look for someone who is sure of himself without the material trappings of success. Finding a soulmate is easier when you are authentic in your relationships and true to your personality.

§ Older men are more self-reliant. Men who are wondering “how can I find true love” need not look for it in others: What they can do is start with themselves. They need to “build muscle” if they ever want to be seriously considered in the dating scene. Men who are still single after 40 have likely developed the sinew to achieve their personal goals without stepping on other people’s toes, a rarity in an age when everyone is ready to undercut competition. They are the kind of men who will make excellent providers, not just materially, but emotionally as well. Despite the growing culture of independent-minded women, they still occasionally need to feel taken care of, something that’s hard to expect from men who can barely take care of themselves. How to find the girl for you starts with conveying the image that you can take care of others, which you will eventually do down the road as you welcome other people in your life.

§ Older men have a broader perspective and more mature outlook in life than younger ones. How to find the girl for you could be an uphill climb if you don’t have the endurance and stability to stick it out. Endurance is borne out of perspective: of knowing what you want, and how to get from one obstacle to the next. Hence, stability is a non-negotiable factor in mature relationships as it enables both parties to move forward into their desired destinations. Older men are also more likely to take frustrations in stride, and get up when they slump in failure. Simply translated, this means that they are likely to stick around when the going gets tough. They know that mature relationships require hard work, dedication and commitment that could challenge a man of weaker constitution. How to find love is sometimes a rough journey in the open waters of finding a soulmate; a rough voyage that requires scanning the horizon. It takes a healthy outlook to safely make it through the challenging ocean of dating and, eventually, of how to find the girl for you.
